When making purchases through an app store, such as the Apple or Google app stores, there are instances where the transaction will appear as an attempted purchase for the servicing marketplace, and not the specific product itself.

For example:

In some instances, an employee may not have an allowance for these marketplaces, even if they are attempting to purchase a service that would seem to fall under a category they have funds for (i.e. a fitness app due to a Fitness and Health allowance)

Unfortunately, in some cases Zestful is unable to verify the specificity of the particular product being purchased within a marketplace, and therefore cannot approve the transaction.

We recommend attempting to go directly to the service provider, instead of through the marketplace, to place your purchase, if possible.
