Sometimes customers will get a decline because they attempted to make a purchase at a location that is not recognized by the Zestful platform. There could be a couple of reasons for this:

  • The product/service simply is not included in our catalog, and if you searched for it you would see no results. Be sure to browse the catalog before running wild with your Zestful card!
  • The merchant information for the product/service has changed and needs to be updated in our system. We recognize these immediately, so we will update the merchant information and let you know right away via email.

Requesting new catalog items

If you would like to request a new product to be added to our catalog, then great! We love product requests, and want to make our catalog as suitable to you as we can. You can request a new catalog item directly from the Let Us Know button on the catalog page, or simple head to this link.
