Zestful offers several ways to control the individuals who get invited into Zestful:
Company email domain versus a different email domain
Under Company Invite Settings in your admin settings, you are able to distinguish the invitation parameters between employees who have the same email domain as your company, or a different email domain (in the situation of contractors, etc.).
Under Company Invite Settings, you can:
Require approval for new accounts with same domain
Require approval for new accounts with different domain
If either of these settings are turned ON, you will need to approve new employees from the Awaiting Approval tab under the People settings page. You can set this for employees with the same email domain, different email domains, or both.
Please note: Employees will not be able to access their account, or use their Zestful balance, until they are approved.
