Teams allow you to group employees for the purpose of delegating rewards, programs, or admin control to subsets of employees in your company, rather than giving everyone the same perks.
To create a team
Head to the Teams tab via the admin links on the top of the screen.
Create a team by clicking the New Team button on the Teams page. Here you will be able to:
Designate a Team Name
Add existing Zestful users to this team
Once a team is created, you can:
Create programs and assign them directly to the team
Give a reward directly to a team (i.e. everyone on the team gets a reward)
Assign a Team Admin
Invite new employees directly to this team
View team-related stats
