Automated rewards allow you to send rewards for Birthdays and Work Anniversaries automatically, when that day arrives for your employees.

To create an automated reward program, head to the Programs tab in your Admin navigation bar:

Here you will see a list of all active programs. You can create a new program by clicking the Create New Program button on the top right

You have the ability to choose from a list of popular perk programs via the Most Popular tab, or you can Create From Scratch

When creating from scratch, click Birthdays and Anniversaries from the program type selection screen. Then you will see a list of fields to populate in order to create your program:

  1. Program Name
  2. When to send - Select whether you want to create a reward that goes out for Birthdays or Work Anniversaries.  Note: if you want to create a reward for both, you will need to create 2 separate programs.
  3. Amount - How much the reward will be for
  4. Who - Select the teams you would like to include in this program
  5. Add a message that you would like to go out with each reward when they are sent
