One of the primary reasons you may get a decline with your Zestful card, especially for new users, is because the information entered for your purchase does not match the info associated with your Zestful card.

Here's what you need to know:

Zestful works just like a regular debit card, NOT a gift card. Specifically, the Zestful card comes with these properties:

  • Cardholder Name (This is your name in your profile)

  • A unique card number

  • A CVC (3 digit code) number

  • A billing address

  • An expiration date

All of these need to match your purchase. For example, if you are making a purchase on Amazon, the example above should match like this:

If you need to make changes to your personal Zestful info, such as Name or billing address, head to your My Settings page on your profile.
