Adding personal funds to your Zestful account just got a little easier!

Update: As of March 2021, Personal Funds deposits made via ACH/bank account will be required to wait for a pending settlement, which means they will be available to use in Zestful within 7 - 10 business days.

In the past, Zestful users were able to add personal funds to their Zestful account using the platform, Plaid, to link their bank accounts. Well, now you still have the option to add funds through Plaid or with your credit card instead!

To add personal funds, simply go to "View Balance" at the top right-hand side of your homepage.

From there, click on "View Details" next to your Any Product balance, then "Deposit Funds."

You will be directed to a modal that will give you some important information, and then it will ask you if you would like to connect your bank account or credit card. It's as easy as that!

Important things to note**

  • When using a credit card to deposit funds, a standard 3% service fee will be applied to your transfer. This 3% by no means goes towards Zestful, it is just a standard processing fee charged from financial institutions.

  • The minimum deposit option is $10 at a time, and the maximum is $300 at one time.

  • Please reach out to support@zestful.com to request a refund of your personal funds deposit. Refunds requested over 90 days after your initial transfer will be refunded in the form of a check in the mail. Refunds requested prior to 90 days from the date of the transfer will be refunded directly to the bank account or credit card on file.
